As the owners of Templeton Construction, we strive for maximum productivity and high quality in all our work, ensuring your needs can be quickly adapted to and efficiently dealt with.  

Our goal and passion is to work alongside the owners and help to create their dream home, whether it be a new home or renovation. Always believing that respect, honesty, responsibility, and good work ethic are the foundations of a smooth sailing building project.

Our projects are all completed with the partnership and support of other local businesses; From electricians, plumbers and landscapers to manage the project end to end. This is crucial to the success of building within the Mackenzie Country’s adverse environment.

Unlike other construction companies, we are not your ‘stock standard’ housing company. There are no overheads or any hidden costs that go to paying a franchisor and when issues arise, they will be dealt with professionally by us – straight to the top.

For the community

Living locally in Twizel gives us the opportunity to give back to the local community. We support ongoing donations to the Twizel Kindergarten and have been on the committee for Twizel Hard Labour since 2016. Any money raised at this event goes back to local sporting groups, to fund training, equipment and travel for tournaments.
